Quick answers
Is Sing-Alo free? Yes — Sing-Alo is free while we're in early access. There is no purchase or payment step in the app.
How do I add my child? Sign in with Apple and you land straight in the app — there is no setup to get through, and the songs play right away without us knowing anything about your child.
When you want a song made for them, tap Make a song — it is on the home screen, in Studio, and in Settings. The first step asks their name and their age, and that is the only place we ask. Nothing to record, and no songs to pick up front.
Where do the reaction photos go? They are saved only to your phone's own Photos library — never uploaded to us.
How do I delete my account and data? In the app, go to Settings → "Delete account & data." This permanently removes your account and everything associated with it. It can't be undone.
How do I turn notifications on or off? Manage them in the app, or in your device's Settings under Sing-Alo.
